  • As a print-on-demand store, all products are made-to-order and may have variations in print and fabric quality.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards and Paypal.
  • Prices listed may be subject to taxes depending on your location.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Since we operate on a print-on-demand model, processing times vary. Production usually takes 2 to 5 days business days, and shipping times depend on the destination but also expected within more 2 to 5 business days.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Mild Carpe Diem is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final, as each item is custom-printed.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact hi@mildcarpediem.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on Mild Carpe Diem are the intellectual property of Mild Carpe Diem and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are sent to production.
  • Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
