Refund and Return Policy

At Mild Carpe Diem, we operate on a Print-on-Demand (Made-to-Order) business model, meaning each product is uniquely created upon order. This allows us to maintain affordable pricing, minimize waste, and ensure high-quality production.
As a result, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our products and will gladly offer a refund or replacement in cases of defects or incorrect items.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective due to a supplier-related issue, not due to shipping carrier mishandling.

You receive the wrong item.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Submit a request within 15 days of your purchase.
- Provide clear photos of the issue.
- Include your order confirmation or receipt.
For any other reason, we reserve the right to decline refund requests as offering returns would make our business unsustainable. We appreciate your understanding.
2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only offer replacements for damaged or defective items. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products for other sizes, colors, or personal preference reasons.
6. Shipping Costs & Return Shipments
- All shipping costs are non-refundable.
- As we do not accept returns, please do not send items back to the manufacturer or our suppliers.
- If you incorrectly ship a product back, we cannot be held responsible for its loss or any associated costs.
